Our Liquid Culture (LC) mycelium is made with our Appalachian spring water and farm’s raw honey. We make all of our syringes to order so, you know they are fresh and active. This is a wild culture that we found in our mountains between the blue ridge and Appalachian mountains. We grow all our cultures commercially and stand by their viability. 10ml is enough to do a masters jar or grain bag but the more LC the faster for colonization within reason. This culture of Hericium erinaceus grows prolifically with dense clusters and many crops off one bag. It is fast to colonize and you should have a crop within a month of bulk substrate inoculation. All Hericium seem to not be colonizing on grain but then all of the sudden they are fully colonized due to their wispy mycelium. It has a very unique look for a farm stand or chef and flavor is similar to lions mane. Seems to fruit under a wide range of conditions and seasons.
