Our Liquid Culture (LC) mycelium is made with our Appalachian spring water and farm’s raw honey. We make all of our syringes to order and sell only our most viable strains so, you know they are fresh and active. This is a wild culture that we found in our area between the blue ridge and Appalachian mountains. We grow all our cultures commercially in SW Virginia and stand by their viability. 10ml is enough to do a masters jar and/or grain bag but the more LC the faster for colonization within reason. This culture of Blue Oyster is fast to colonize and you should be picking a crop within a month of bulk substrate inoculation. It has a very unique look, meaty almost King like stems and varying shades of blue depending on temperature. Loved by all at our farm stands and chefs we work with.
