Under proper conditions, you can expect harvest before 3 months after bulk substrate inoculation.  We give them 2 months before opening and they usually sit in the fruiting chamber a week or two before pinning. We’ve found that dropping the blocks waist high before opening helps initiate pinning and helps group harvests closer together.
